The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
Customers must provide their order number and proof of purchase.
Items that are damaged, used, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.

Any price difference for an exchanged product must be paid by the customer.
